Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the holiday park had its ups and downs. The grounds were clean and well-kept, and being just across from the sandy beach was a major plus. However, the customer service was severely lacking, with confusing communication regarding payments and incorrect room assignments that caused a lot of hassle. Overall, I enjoyed the amenities, but the administrative challenges dampened the experience.
My experience at the Lyons Robin Hood was quite disappointing. The caravan was in poor condition, both inside and out, and overall cleanliness left much to be desired, which is frustrating considering we opted for a 'Luxury' option. While the location was relatively quiet during our stay, I can't overlook the serious issues we encountered with the cleanliness and service. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this place to families looking for a pleasant getaway.
Our stay was quite mixed. On one hand, the staff were incredibly helpful during a tough time, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The caravans are modern and clean, but I was disappointed with the dining options and the lack of facilities for families. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in the dining and entertainment areas.
Our stay at the Lyons Robin Hood was unfortunately disappointing. The caravan was not at all what we expected, being dirty and poorly maintained. While it was spacious enough for two, the overall condition of the accommodation left much to be desired. The price we paid felt incredibly high for the level of quality received. Despite these issues, the park itself was quiet, which we appreciated.
The holiday park had some great amenities, especially for families, and I appreciated the access to the beach. However, our caravan was not clean upon arrival, and there were issues with waiting times for swimming. Overall, it was a tad disappointing considering the initial excitement I had for this getaway.
